Every repair and installation we carry out follows Approved Document H of the Building Regulations, which sets the standards for pipe sizes, inspection chambers and the protection of drains. That means checking gradients and joints before any job is signed off, and giving you a written record of the work alongside any CCTV survey footage.

For landlords and managing agents in Beckenham, it provides clear evidence that the drains you are responsible for have been repaired correctly. Where a problem sits on a shared sewer, we will let you know, as responsibility for most shared sewers passed to the water companies in 2011.
